a) A game show host is to present the game, they ask questions to the contestants for them to usually try and win money, they interact with the audience to entertain them.

b) A game show host needs to be confident, presentable, sociable, good personality, outgoing and sometimes have an interesting voice.

c) The expectations is for him/her to have a good personality, funny and well presented.

d) They are not always well spoken, or factual, and they aren't always reading of an auto cue.
